Your personal information is being collected by Manitoba under the authority of clause 36(1)(b) of The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Manitoba), (“FIPPA”) as it is necessary for and directly related to the Maple service.

Your personal information is protected by Manitoba under FIPPA. Manitoba cannot use or disclose your information for other purposes unless you consent or Manitoba is authorized to do so by FIPPA.

The personal information that you provide to Manitoba is encrypted by Secure Sockets layer (SSL), an advanced security system, before it travels to this web site. Manitoba stores your personal information on secure servers and has integrated other security measures to protect the personal information collected by Manitoba.
